The Los Angeles Rams are making moves and the NFL is taking notice. The team is taking huge swings in the offseason, acquiring defensive stars Ndamukong Suh, Aqib Talib, Marcus Peters and wide receiver Brandin Cooks. These are moves that have many thinking the Rams will take the Super Bowl easily. However, no team wins the championship in the offseason and there are plenty of other more established teams that stand in their way. What do you think? 🏈

Ndamukong Suh, Aqib Talib, Marcus Peters and Brandin Cooks: four players, 12 pro-bowl bowl appearances combined. And people are actually saying the Rams aren't going to win the Super Bowl?

With arguably the best interior defensive lineman in the game, a pro-bowl quarterback and one of the best running backs in the game, Los Angeles is taking home the Lombardi Trophy. Write that in pen right now.

The Rams look like Super Bowl contenders on paper. But there have been many offseason paper champions of the NFL, only for them to fail spectacularly where it mattered most: on the field. The Philadelphia Eagles had a supposed "dream team" in 2011 with Vince Young, Michael Vick, Nnamdi Asomugha, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, LeSean McCoy and Ronnie Brown taking up just a few of the star-studded roster spots. The team went through the season with alarming mediocrity, finishing 8-8 and failing to make the playoffs.

The Rams have good pieces, but to guarantee a title would be foolish.
