Former Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson is attempting to take his talents to the NFL, but no one can agree on what position he should play. Jackson won a Heisman Trophy as a quarterback and brings rare athleticism to the position that can be useful in the league. Still, many believe that athleticism is better suited for the wide receiver or another position. What do you think? 🏀

Let's get this straight. You have a Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback who played three seasons at the position, finished with over 9,000 passing yards, 4,132 rushing yards and 119 passing and rushing touchdowns, and you want him to be a wide receiver? What kind of logic is that?

People see Jackson's athleticism and automatically think he should be a wide receiver. This guy electrified college football as a QUARTERBACK. He played under Bobby Petrino's offense that the league is in love with, and yet he can't get the same respect for executing that offense masterfully. That is lunacy. Lamar Jackson should be an NFL quarterback.

Fans love to think they know more about football than the people that are actually paid to analyze players. NFL scouts have three years of film on Lamar Jackson. If they have all that information and make the determination that he isn't an NFL quarterback, maybe they are right.

Lamar Jackson was a hell of a college quarterback, but his ability to read the complex coverage of the NFL a total unknown. And although he was able to rack up some serious numbers at Louisville, his accuracy is also in question. Jackson's not a bad guy, but he's definitely not an NFL-caliber quarterback.
