Walmart is removing Cosmopolitan from checkout lines out of respect for the #MeToo movement. Supporters of the move argue Cosmopolitan objectifies women and they are commending Walmart for lowering the visibility of the magazine. But detractors disagree, arguing Walmart is using #MeToo to censor and demonize the empowerment of female sexuality. Critics say Cosmopolitan empowers women to discuss sex, relationships, and health. It shouldn't be hidden away. What do you think?

Critics argue Cosmo empowers women by discussing female sexuality and censoring the magazine may just reinforce rape culture rather than educate people on gender politics, sex, and relationships.

While some disagree with Walmart's excuse to pull the magazine in the name of #MeToo, they still agree that Cosmo is an inappropriate magazine.

Others say Walmart is doing the right thing by taking away the visibility of a magazine that has been objectifying women for years.
